Rommelag Blow Fill Seal Unit, Type Bottlepack 360 M

Federal Equipment Company has recently acquired a blow-fill-seal packaging line. Blow-fill-seal, or BFS, technology provides for plastic extrusion, blow molding, aseptic filling and hermetic sealing in one operation. The process is ideal for packaging liquid pharmaceutical and other health products in a unit dose vial, especially for products which require oral, ophthalmic or pulmonary delivery methods.

The vials produced are convenient for single use, lightweight, and shatterproof. This BFS production line features a Rommelag 360M Bottlepack machine.
